• Free Revisions: We believe in perfecting the craft. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer 2 additional revisions at no extra cost.

• Early Exit Option: If you decide to hit pause before we kick off production, we'll happily provide a full refund.

• Script Stage Flexibility: If you opt to terminate a project after the script stage begins, we understand things happen. In such cases, we'll need to compensate our team for their work, but we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.

• No Refunds Once the Cameras Roll: Once the production wheels are in motion, unfortunately, we can't issue refunds. We're committed to delivering top-notch services, and our team's hard work deserves its due.

For Lead Generation Agency Services

• Our refund policy is based on the scope of work outlined in the contract. Generally, the setup fee is non-refundable. You will retain full ownership of our works that are conceived, created, designed, developed, invented, worked on, or reduced to practice as part of this project, whether before the date of this contract or after.
